ところが最後の段階で、ポップアップのウインドウが開いてエラーが出て、先に進めませんでした
エラーに何と書いてあったのかは、正直よく覚えていません

ブラウザはChromeとEdgeの両方で試しましたが、どちらでもうまくいきませんでした

メールで問い合わせましたが、回答はありませんでした。

とにかく、韓国の電子政府を使うときはイライラがピークで、ストレスがすごいです。長年プログラムを作ってきた私から見ても、画面が人間工学的に洗練されておらず、とても使いにくいと感じました。

エラーが出たら、その画面のスクリーンショットを撮っておきましょう。私は残しておかなかったので、何のエラーだったのか今でも分かりません
メールの問い合わせは、私の場合は返事がありませんでした。急ぐときは当てにしないほうがよいと思います
