1. What we collect
- At sign-up (required): email address, password (stored as a one-way hash), nickname. For Google sign-up, your Google email and Google account identifier
- Automatically: IP address and port, access time, browser (User-Agent), cookies, records of logins, posts, messages and reports
- Optional: bio, region, languages, links, business name and registration number
- Your content: threads, replies, images, messages and earlier versions
2. Why
- Identifying members, login and password reset
- Providing boards, messages, notifications and translation
- Detecting prohibited content (fraud, dating, illegal jobs, investment solicitation, etc.) and enforcing the rules
- Preventing abuse and answering inquiries
- Responding to lawful requests from public authorities
3. How long
- Account data: until 30 days after leaving or deletion, then erased
- Access, login, post, message and moderation records: 12 months (archived monthly in encrypted ZIP files, then deleted)
- Posts and earlier versions: while the post exists; deleted posts are kept as records for the period above
- Longer where the law requires
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal data to third parties except with your consent or when police, courts or other authorities make a formal request under the law.
5. Processors and international transfers

Data is sent encrypted over the internet each time you post or use a feature. If you do not want international transfers, do not sign up or delete your account.
6. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, delete or stop processing your data. Most of this is available in Settings; otherwise contact us below.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for login (pyol_sid), display language (pyol_lang), the hide-promotions setting (pyol_hide_pr) and Google sign-in (pyol_gstate). No advertising cookies.
8. Security
- Passwords are hashed and traffic is encrypted (HTTPS)
- Admin access is restricted and every admin action is logged; two-factor authentication is available
- Logs are stored outside the public web folder and encrypted monthly
9. Children
Children under 14 may not sign up.
