韓国で取る書類は、韓国にいる妹に頼みました。2週間ほどで用意してくれて、EMSで日本の自宅に届きました。書類の多くは「発行から3か月以内」のものが必要なので、出国する日から逆算して準備を始めました。
【韓国から取り寄せた書類(私の場合)】
【届くまでの日数と送り方】
妹に頼んでから2週間ほどで用意してくれました。送ってもらったのはEMS(国際スピード郵便)です。

AI translation (日本語 → English)I asked my sister, who is in Korea, to obtain the documents for me. She prepared them in about two weeks and they arrived at my home in Japan via EMS. Most of the documents needed to be issued "within 3 months," so I started preparing by calculating backwards from the date of departure.
【Documents Requested from Korea (In My Case)】
【Days Until Arrival and Shipping Method】
It took about two weeks from when I asked my sister for her to prepare it. The shipping method was EMS (International Speed Post). Since these are important documents, I think EMS is the most reliable and secure option.
【Be Aware of the Expiry Period "Within 3 Months of Issuance"】
Most documents need to be issued within 3 months. If you obtain them too early, they may expire, so I considered the following order:
【Japanese Family Register with Hangul Furigana】
The family register prepared in Japan was copied, and Hangul furigana (reading) was added throughout. This is absolutely necessary. My wife did all the translations into Korean. The Korean documents were submitted as they are, without translation into Japanese. All parts I had to fill out, such as application forms, were written in English.
I will share my story about trying to obtain the documents from Japan to Korea by myself, which didn’t go well, in ⑤.
*This is my experience. The necessary documents and expiry periods may change, so please check the latest information at the consulate where you are applying (Korean Consulate General in Osaka https://overseas.mofa.go.kr/jp-osaka-ja/index.do).*

【Documents Requested from Korea (In My Case)】
- Family Relationship Certificate
- Basic Certificate
- Marriage Relationship Certificate
- Resident Registration Certificate
- Real Estate Registration Certificate in my wife's name (I took this just in case, but ultimately I didn't submit it. I will explain in ④)

Most documents need to be issued within 3 months. If you obtain them too early, they may expire, so I considered the following order:
- First, decide the date of departure to Korea
- Think that it will take about a month for the visa to be issued after application
- From there, calculate backwards to determine when to obtain the documents and the application date
